Our team all share the same passion, drive and creativity to produce the very best spaces for clients to work and socialise in.

Dane founded DMG back in 2014 with a goal to compete at the highest level. To do this and after spending many years listening to each and every customer to really find out their workspace needs, Dane knew he had to bring in the very best in the industry whilst keeping DMG’s long standing ethos of excellent service delivery and aftercare.

Fun Fact: Once managed an indie band for two years.

Dane Goodson

Managing Director

Dean is the co-founder and Director of DMG Office. He is responsible for running all facets of the business, including sales. Dean has a proven executive management track record and over 20 years of sales and entrepreneurial experience within the office supplies industry.

Fun fact: Dean is a coach of a football team.

Dean Hawkins

Director

ACCA Chartered Accountant with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services and real estate industries. Finance Director at DMG, focusing on the short to long term strategies and direction of DMG Office and DMG Workplace.

Fun fact: Rescued from sea in Thailand after being stranded for over 30 mins!

Sameer Hussain

Finance Director

With 15 years’ experience client side in Facilities and Project Management, Dan joined DMG in 2019 with an ambition to establish an emerging D&B business that prides itself in putting clients first. Before his time at DMG, Dan spent 5 years at Real Estate firm Cushman & Wakefield as an Associate Director within the Global Occupier Services Division, heading up the FM of C&W’s UK corporate portfolio.

Fun fact: Rescued on Bondi Beach by surfers, dragged out the Atlantic in Mexico by Friends and similar in Greece…Dan now spends his days firmly on land!

Daniel Ringshaw

Projects Director

As Head of Client Services, her role is to manage the day to day running & logistics of the business & the customer service team. With over 10 years industry experience, she has a wealth of knowledge and has acquired the skills to build lasting client relationships and provide a high level of customer service.

Fun fact: Katie backpacked through Thailand and Vietnam for 4 months.

Katie Powell

Head of Client Services

Alices’s role within DMG is to oversee and manage all procurement, administration, coordination and budget tracking across all projects. Ensuring we’re compliant with industry regulations and standards. Having been with DMG for 7 years, she has formed a tailored and bespoke account management approach to provide first class service to all clients.

Fun fact: Alice volunteers as a telephone befriender for the elderly.

Alice Brooks

Head of Project Support

As the Marketing Manager, Gus is responsible for creating and accelerating the company’s marketing strategy and brand recognition across our target industries. He is focused on driving the company vision of transforming workplaces and redefining the way our clients work by building marketing programs that promote our exceptional services. His ultimate goal is to use innovative ideas to successfully target new and existing audiences and drive success for the business and brands that he represents.

Fun fact: He participates in the London Triathlon every year.

Gus Frelihs

Marketing Manager

Michael has been working in the industry since the age of 18, which has enabled him to develop a strong understanding of the operational requirements for ensuring smooth and efficient operations. He has been working at DMG for the past three years, having taken on the role of Operations Manager. In his current position, he manages the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, as well as overseeing the delivery drivers and the fleet of vans. Michael has also cultivated a positive working relationship with many of DMG’s customers.

Fun fact: He once broke his arm whilst trying to stop a football from hitting his broken leg.

Alex has a varied role within the Client Services team at DMG which involves assisting our Head of Client Services with the day to day running of the team. She manages the purchasing for the company and solely look after some of DMG’s largest clients. With over 5 years of experience in the industry, Alex possesses the knowledge and skills necessary to provide excellent customer service in all of DMG’s offerings.

Fun fact: She learned to play the violin while attending a music school in the south of France.

Alex Stanley

Customer Service Advisor

Georgina provides assistance to the sales representatives and clients regarding their enquiries and needs. She also oversees the purchasing aspect of the company and maintains communication with numerous suppliers and customers to fulfil the clients’ requirements. Georgina strives to establish personal connections with each client to comprehend their necessities and deliver the optimal service.

Fun fact: A monkey stole her purse whilst she was travelling in Thailand.

Georgina Burgess

Customer Services Administrator

Meet Elizabeth, our Customer Service Advisor with 10 years of experience working in education field and fluency in both British Sign Language and Makaton. Elizabeth’s unwavering passion for assisting people extends seamlessly into her role, where she excels in addressing client enquiries and orders with top-notch service. She’s a dedicated team member who combines creativity, communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others.

Fun fact:  Elizabeth has completed half marathons and full marathons.

Elizabeth Bourton

Customer Service Administrator

Lisette possesses over 25 years of customer support experience in various sectors, including banking, publishing, visual branding, and housing. Through her extensive experience, she has consistently refined her skills, enabling her to offer a superior level of service to DMG’s clients.

Fun Fact: She visited Mauritius 20 years ago and whilst driving, came across a sugar cane plantation factory where she was given an impromptu tour ending with a rum tasting experience at the end.

Lisette Camille-Fletcher

Account Manager

Paul joined DMG as the Business Development Manager when the company was first established in 2014. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, he plays a crucial role within DMG by providing existing and potential clients with a comprehensive, one supplier – one solution service. In addition to this, Paul is also dedicated to finding sustainable solutions and regularly reviews areas that DMG delivers to in order to implement these practices.

Fun fact: He’s the assistant coach for his daughter’s football team Ebbsfleet United U10s.

Paul Smith

Delivery Driver

Dan joined DMG back in 2017, having spent the last 20 years in sales, he has forged some strong relationships with clients, and wholesalers. If a client has a problem, Dan is the one who can help them with a solution in the time frame they need, with product knowledge, and bespoke services that DMG offer.

Fun fact: While coming back from a stag do in Spain, Dan checked an old lotto ticket and got 5 numbers & the bonus ball.

Daniel Scurrell

Corporate Account Manager

Gavin joined DMG in February 2022 as Sales Account Manager. With over 30 years’ experience in the industry his role is to supply, aid and assist in all aspects of procuring office supplies and services for the modern office. He is passionate about customer service, and nothing makes his day more than helping and solving his client enquiries no matter how challenging.

Fun fact: In 2000 he visited Memphis and went to Graceland, the home of Elvis Presley.

 

Gavin Horner

Account Manager

Joe has worked for DMG for 5 years and with 12 years’ experience in the industry he is well equipped with the necessary knowledge needed to advise customers to the highest levels. Joe loves building rapports with customers and regularly meets them for cost reviews or even just for a coffee.

Fun Fact: Joe once jumped out of a plane for one of his customers to raise money for their charity.

Joe Harrison

Account Manager

Leanne mostly deals with the purchase side of DMG accounts and our suppliers. In the past she’s worked in accounts for different companies from London Bridge to Jamaica. Her day-to-day role consists of managing and processing all purchasing and procurement costs for DMG, ensuring all incoming and outgoing invoices are accurate. When she’s not working, she likes to cook, see friends and family, travel and listen to music.

Fun fact: She is also a baker and had her own business selling cakes and other sweet treats.

Leanne McGowan

Accounts Assistant

Shelly has 25 years of finance experience in banking and accounts roles. After becoming a full-time mom to her two daughters for several years, she returned to work part-time in 2017. Shelly joined DMG four years ago and took over the position of Credit Controller.

Fun fact: She has a pub at the end of her garden.

Shelly Tarrant

Credit Controller

Salaka is a recent Economics and Accounting graduate with accreditations from ACCA, CIMA, and ICAEW. Having worked previously in the Fintech industry with expertise in private equity and private credit investments, her primary responsibility at DMG is handling the company’s accounts.

Fun fact: She’s trilingual. She fluently speaks 3 languages – Tamil, German & English.

Salaka Somasundaramoorthy

Accounts Assistant

Matt is an experienced buyer with a demonstrated history of working in the retail, business supplies and equipment industry. Skilled in Print Management, Advertising, Account Management, Pre-press, and Marketing Strategy. He is a strong business development professional.

Fun Fact: You’ll find Matt drinking beer around the world.

Matthew Beale

Print Account Manager

Jade has over 10 years of experience in the printing industry, specialising in digital and screen-printed promotional garments and products. Her background in graphic design and creative writing provides her with the inspiration needed to help clients design their own products. Jade’s enthusiasm, creativity and skills have helped DMG provide their clients with high-quality branded merchandise. In her free time, she enjoys drawing and cooking, and is pursuing a psychology degree at the Open University due to her fascination with the human psyche.

Fun fact: Jade once swam with sharks…on purpose.
