Appointed as the primary Design & Build Partner for their Vintners Place headquarters, DMG delivered a comprehensive 45,000 sq ft Cat A & B commercial fit-out. The architectural transformation was executed under strict environmental guidelines, successfully achieving both a SKA Gold Rating and Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) Excellent accreditation.
Beyond the initial build, the relationship evolved into a long-term operational partnership. DMG continues to support Sumitomo post-handover through a consolidated facility management contract, providing ongoing zero-waste teapoints, sustainable pantry consumables, integrated AV/IT, and interior planting.
